✅ Single-line diagram and point of interconnection
✅ Available space and site constraints
✅ PCS, BMS, EMS, HVAC and fire-safety scope
✅ Warranty and degradation assumptions
✅ CAPEX, O&M and commissioning
✅ Delivery schedule and commercial terms

Most importantly, ask every supplier to use the same assumptions and clearly state exclusions.
